Veterans who have served at least 90 days of active duty service after September 10, 2001 and received an honorable discharge will qualify for the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
What is the Yellow Ribbon Program? Does Sacred Heart University participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program?
The Yellow Ribbon Program is a provision of the Post-9/11 GI Bill that allows veterans to attend private schools and graduate programs costing more than the state tuition cap. Participating colleges and universities offer a veterans-only scholarship which the VA will then match up to the full cost of tuition and fees. Sacred Heart University has been a Yellow Ribbon school since 2009.
